What is a Transaction Coordinator?

What is a Transaction Coordinator?

Great question! The term “transaction coordinator” has been loosely used within the real estate industry back when I was a Realtor in NY in the 1990′s. It was the “catch all” phrase for anyone responsible for handling the paperwork at title companies, real estate companies, and even lenders. You may have also heard of them called Closing Coordinators, Transaction Managers, or transaction Administrators. In this market, due to the increased requirements of real estate law, the need for an efficient, reliable and experienced Transaction Coordinator has also increased. Generally, Transaction Coordinators provide administrative support specifically to real estate agents and brokerages. They aid in the coordination of all related parties and their paperwork making sure that broker and state requirement are met.

I, Christine Matus provide Real Estate Solutions! I believe that successful real estate agents and brokers deserve an efficient, reliable, and experienced licensed Transaction Coordinator. I become an extension of you and your businesses. Successful Keller Williams agents and brokers in Palm Beach FL. already understand they cannot do it all, and should NOT do it all. In fact, they understand that they are more effective professionals focusing on listing, selling & meeting people…

I maximize time management for my clients, ease the minds of buyers and sellers, and increase efficiency for all parties involved. Each transaction is unique. With over 17 years of Realtor and real estate administrative experience, I provide individual attention to each transaction by closely working with the agents, title companies, attorneys and lenders.
